Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive support for technical service center workshop management software or any related software, ensuring system stability and user satisfaction.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware issues to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
- AIN with software development teams to relay issues, improvements, and user requirements, using basic software development knowledge to understand system logic and communicate effectively.
- Perform routine software and system updates, ensuring that all IT assets are secure and up-to-date.
- Travel within the Somalia region as needed to offer on-site support, conduct system training, and assess IT needs.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and system changes in an organized and accessible format.
- Assist with system configuration and optimization to support business needs and improve performance.
Requirements:
- Experience:Â Proven experience with technical service center workshop management software or similar software platforms.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic software development skills to facilitate clear communication with developers.
- Knowledge of system troubleshooting, installation, and software configuration.
- Proficiency in handling basic hardware and network issues.
- Travel: Ability and willingness to travel within Somalia as required.
- Soft Skills:Â Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset.
