Job Description
- Provide 1st level technical support to end-users.
- Troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues promptly and effectively.
- Install, configure and maintain servers, computer systems, networking device and software applications.
- Assist in IT asset management, including inventory tracking and maintenance.
- Conduct regular system maintenance tasks, such as software updates, patches, and backups.
- Setting up new user’s email/user account and computer system with proper access rights assigned.
- Maintain the existing PCs and peripherals by performing upgrade and new installation.
- Responsible for purchasing, upgrading and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
- Performed other related tasks as required by superior.
- Prior experience in customer service or technical support is added advantage.
- Assist with IT projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or IT related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong passion for technology and eagerness to learn new skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and software applications.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and devices.
