About the Role 
An opportunity for an International Student Administration Officer has become available at SIMAD University!

The International Student Administration Officer role is a front-facing greeter and responder to students who access student support services from the International Student Advisory & Support team. The main responsibility of this busy role includes phone and email enquiries, managing appointment schedules, and face to face welcome and customer service for all who access the team.

The International Student Administration Officer role would suit someone with excellent administration and customer service skills.

About You  
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

  • Exemplary customer service skills and demonstrated passion for improving customer experience and processes
  • Demonstrated cultural and social sensitivity and advanced cross-cultural communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and always maintain the professional standards of the team
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to improvise and use initiative to achieve an outcome

Qualifications
Completion of a degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or completion of an associate diploma and subsequent relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
