Job Description

Client Servicing Executive

The role of a Client Servicing Executive encompasses vital responsibilities in business development and customer service, acting as a crucial bridge between the company and its valued customers. This position not only ensures the nurturing of strong, long-lasting relationships but also actively seeks opportunities to enhance the company’s growth and customer satisfaction. Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least degree/diploma in Business Studies/Business Administration/International Business/Marketing/Mass Communication/Advertising or equivalent
  • Candidates that contain 1 year or above working experience in the business development/customer service field will be priority
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal), and bangali are preferred because the role requires interacting with Bangali-speaking clients
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Looks presentable, result-oriented and able to work independently
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel regularly
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
  • Fresh graduates encouraged to apply

Responsibility

  • Manage client accounts by maintaining close productive relationships with new and existing clients to ensure continuing contracts
  • Managing of project briefing, proposals & presentations
  • Manage clients’ projects through coordination with the team and ensure quality delivery
  • Coordinating day-to-day communications between creative team and clients
  • Prepare Contact Reports and Work-in-Progress sheets for all meetings
  • Making sure that your projects/campaigns run smoothly and have strong problem-solving ability
  • She/he is responsible for client satisfaction, account revenue growth, and overall business profitability in services delivery
