Job Description

We are now looking for two Network Engineers who want to grow with us and contribute to further developing one of our most expansive product areas within LAN and WLAN services. About the role:
In the role of Network Engineer, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance and improvement of our LAN and WLAN services. Your primary goal is to strengthen our operations team and ensure a high-class customer experience for our B2B customers. You will contribute to ensuring that the team delivers according to set goals and action plans. Together with the rest of the team, you will work for proactivity in our operations and assist with evaluating and developing routines and systems to constantly improve our delivery towards our B2B customers. The role also includes supporting our technical customer support in incident management in connection with complex troubleshooting. Preparedness may be part of the role.

Examples of tasks:

  • Operation and management according to established management plans
  • Drive and develop proactive measures for improved operations
  • Troubleshooting and fixing network-related problems
  • Lifecycle management
  • Coordinate and coordinate operations-related tasks, such as upgrades and maintenance
  • Participate in virtual competence teams together with others within NW Solutions
  • Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure seamless delivery to our customers.

Experience and qualifications:

  • Relevant education, preferably in Data/Telecommunications
  • Several years of practical experience of working in wireless networks is highly valued
  • Swedish and English fluent in both speech and writing
  • Are a Swedish citizen as security-classified work may occur
  • Certifications such as CCNP, Fortinet FCA or preferably FCP, or the equivalent is meritorious
  • Strong problem solving skills and experience troubleshooting complex network environments
  • Previous experience from Infoblox DDI is advantageous.
